With over 18 years of coaching experience, I’ve had the privilege of guiding young sailors on their journeys—from their very first time in an Optimist to the podiums of world championships and even the Olympic Games. But more than the medals, what drives me is the transformative power of sailing.
 

Before I was a coach, I was a Youth World Champion sailor, representing Argentina internationally. That journey gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed at the highest level—and inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others reach their full potential, both on and off the water.
 

Since 2007, I’ve coached in over 20 countries, working with national teams, private programs, private clinics, and community sailing centers. From the shores of New Zealand, all around Europe and across the american continent, I’ve developed sailors at every stage—from first-time Opti kids to international medal contenders.

My greatest joy today is seeing the sailors I once trained in tiny Optis now excelling in life—whether as Olympic medalists, world champions, elite coaches, or simply as grounded, ambitious young adults.
